Mr. Landau has focused his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, estate administration, business succession planning and taxation. This has included such items as:
- Design and preparation of estate planning documentation, including Wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, charitable trusts, intentionally defective grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and family limited partnerships

GARY SCHWARCZ works primarily in the areas of business planning, estate planning and taxation. He has spoken on numerous occasions to professional groups, including CPAs, on tax topics, including the technical aspects of partnership and S corporation taxation.
